Telecommunication and IT company SIA “Rigatta” is looking for a Management Assistant (part time). Since 2006 SIA Rigatta offers innovative and cost-effective telecom and IT solutions to business and residential clients. The role of the management assistant is to support the management in day-to-day and also strategic tasks.

The assistant will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and to discover how her/his skills are best utilized within the company. The goal is that the applicant later takes over a specific management role with own responsibilities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between clients and employees;

  • Assisting manager in day-to-day tasks;

  • General office organization;

  • Participate in different kind of projects;

  • Carry responsibility for specific regular administrative tasks.


Requirements:


  • Fluent English, Latvian and Russian (written and spoken), extra German a plus;

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken);

  • Good personal computer skills;

  • Precision, self-motivation and feeling of responsibility;

  • Willingness to work in teams.
